Dr. Corné van ELZAKKER
Doctor Corné van Elzakker comes from the Netherlands.
He is employed by the University of Twente, Faculty ITC, where he is executing a great variety of tasks in scientific education, research and advisory services. His main research interests are in the field of use and user issues in geo-information processing and dissemination, including cartography and geovisualization. Current research spearheads are the usability of geo-mobile applications and the application of methods and techniques of use and user research and user-centred design in the geo domain. Finally, he chairs the Commission on Use and User Issues of the International Cartographic Association (ICA).
